Aeration nozzles are suitable for fine bulk materials which create an arch. They are mounted on the inner side of the tank cone or pyramid. The nozzle design allows them to be installed even on the outside of the storage tank.
Aeration heads are connected into individual zones controlled by valves which are activated by a control unit or timer. This creates a coherent system which can be run fully automatically.
We use two basic types of nozzles: Vibra-Disc nozzles are mounted with the rubber disc on the inner side of the tank, and the released air flows along the tank wall. TVS nozzles are welded to the tank wall, and, when idle, they do not rise above the surface of the inner side of the tank casing. The released air flows in the direction from the tank wall.
